For the long weekend in March 2017 we decided we would like to go to Daylesford and camp there. A few years ago we had stayed in a lovely self contained unit in Hepburn Springs. We had a swim in the hots spas, and ate at local restaurants.
Camping in Daylesford with Chillout Festival Goers.
When I booked the caravan park in February I was told that they were almost fully booked as this weekend had a Festival in Daylesford. ( Chillout Festival). I paid the deposit and told David and thought he just said it will make it more interesting!
We stayed 3 nights in the Daylesford Holiday Park on a powered campsite. They are nice big campsites and flat and grassy. You needed to get a security code to get your car in and out the front gate. It is a bit of a walk into town, so we were glad to be able to get the Chillout bus in and out at night.
Where is Daylesford?
