Potato and Onion Layered Bake in the Weber® Baby Q™

Hot potatoes are always great when camping. Slicing and layering with onion and baking in a foil or oven proof dish creates a delicious side dish to any meat. You can vary the ingredients depending on what you have got in your pantry. You can skip the bacon, add a handful of cheese, or use cream instead of milk. You could use chicken stock instead of milk or cream.
