Fish cooked on the Weber

Locally caught or bought fish is delicious cooked on the weber. When we stay at a beach location we always source out a fish monger, co-op where all the locals go. A place where the fish is caught and delivered on the same day. We often will have a few days in a row of eating it because it is always so delicious.

Freshly cooked fish that just falls apart and is so moist and juicy! yum
