Summary of our Melbourne to Mildura camping trip
We took the Friday off work for a long weekend trip to Mildura. We planned on staying four nights camping in the Buronga Riverside Caravan Park in NSW, and returning on ANZAC day. The Caravan park is located on the Murray River and Mildura CBD is close by, on the other side of the river. It is not walking distance to Mildura however only a short drive away. When I booked I requested a riverside campsite. It was the last one available along the river and was meant for a trailer or caravan however I was told that we could put a tent up.
Mildura is a regional city in north-west Victoria, Australia and is located on the Victorian side of the Murray River.
